Job summary

Octapharma Plasma is seeking a dedicated Donor Center Technician to perform plasmapheresis and venipuncture with a focus on donor safety and comfort. You will follow FDA SOPs, maintain accurate records, and ensure quality product collection in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include operating plasmapheresis machines, labeling samples, and collaborating with QA to uphold compliance. A high school diploma and healthcare exposure are required, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Strong venipuncture skills and donor interaction.
• Ability to follow written and verbal SOPs and safety protocols.
• Experience in medical or health care environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute plasmapheresis and venipuncture while maintaining donor comfort and safety.
• Ensure compliance with FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA and GMP standards.
• Operate plasmapheresis machines, label units, and document exceptions and QC checks.
