Job summary

One Medical in Hanover, NH is seeking a Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant (Lab Services Specialist / Member Support Specialist) to perform venipuncture and provide clinical and front-desk support. You will ensure a welcoming patient experience, manage schedules, and assist providers and staff with various tasks.

The role emphasizes strong communication, empathy, and teamwork, with a focus on delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced in-office setting.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of relevant Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency with computers and multiple software systems
• Team-oriented with ability to support clinicians and patients

Responsibilities

• Provide venipuncture and clinical support in office
• Manage patient intake and scheduling and assist with billing inquiries
• Handle front desk duties: check-in/out, verify insurance, prepare tests
• Maintain accurate specimen labeling and infection control
• Support providers and virtual care team with clerical tasks
• Engage with patients to deliver empathetic, patient-centered care
• Keep lobby spaces organized and on-brand with One Medical standards
• Master our tech suite (Slack, G‑Suite, Zoom, Circulation, RingCentral, EMR)
