Job summary

One Medical in Hanover, NH is seeking a Phlebotomist/Admin Administrative Assistant to deliver venipuncture and clinical support for the Senior Health population. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a warm, on-brand lobby experience while supporting patient intake, scheduling and coordination with the care team.

You will perform blood collection, EKGs/ECGs, vital signs and other tasks, while handling front-desk duties, messages, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification from a nationally recognized certifying body or CPT credential.
• Graduation from a Medical Assistant program or military MA training.
• At least 6 months of relevant MA or Phlebotomist experience.
• Proficiency in venipuncture and vaccine administration.
• Strong customer service and written/verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Use C-I-CARE framework in all patient interactions and ensure a fluid in-office experience.
• Provide venipuncture services across age ranges.
• Perform extended scope duties such as non-blood specimen collection, EKGs/ECGs, vitals, vaccines, and swabs.
• Maintain labeling, handling, inventory upkeep, and sterilization of tools.
• Assist with lab follow-ups, billing inquiries, and medical record review.
• Front desk duties: check-in/out, insurance verification, and paperwork tasks.
• Master technology suite (Slack, G-Suite, Zoom, EMR) to complete daily work.
