Job summary

One Medical in Hanover, NH is seeking a Medical Assistant (Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist) to provide venipuncture and clinical support for the Senior Health population, while delivering an exceptional in‑office patient experience.

You will be the first contact for patients, manage schedules, assist with billing, and support our providers and virtual medical team; strong communication and empathy are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold one or more MA or CPT certifications and be active or recently active.
• Graduate from MA program accredited by CAAHEP/ABHES or US DoE recognized body.
• Experience in venipuncture and vaccine administration preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; strong computer skills expected.
• Ability to work in a team with patients and providers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and extend scope duties as needed across age groups.
• Provide front desk support including intake, scheduling, and insurance verification.
• Maintain proper specimen labeling, handling, and processing and ensure sterile technique.
• Respond to patient messages and assist with lab cases and clerical tasks for providers.
• Master the clinic tech suite (Slack, G‑suite, Zoom, EMR, RingCentral) for daily work.
