Job summary

One Medical in Boston, MA is seeking a Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant (Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist) to deliver venipuncture and clinic support. You will be the first point of contact and help ensure a smooth patient journey through intake, scheduling, and coordination with providers.

You will work with our modern tech stack including Slack, G-suite, Zoom, EMR, and RingCentral, while upholding One Medical's compassionate, patient-first approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months relevant experience as Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Able to work in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide venipuncture and clinical support in-office.
• Handle front desk duties including check-in/out and insurance verification.
• Assist with clerical tasks, forms, and medical record review.
• Respond to patient messages and support providers and virtual team.
