One Medical is hiring a Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant (Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist) in Newton, MA. This full-time role combines venipuncture with administrative duties to deliver an exceptional in-office patient experience.

You will interact with patients from pediatrics to geriatrics, support billing and record review, and collaborate with providers and the virtual medical team. The position emphasizes empathy, communication, and service excellence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide venipuncture and clinical support as part of Lab Services and Member Support.
• Serve as first point of contact for patients and maintain lobby look and brand alignment.
• Perform front desk duties including check-in, scheduling, and insurance verification.
• Support providers and virtual medical team with clerical tasks and billing inquiries.
• Maintain specimen labeling, handling, and inventory; ensure sterile tools.
• Operate technology tools (Slack, G-suite, Zoom, EMR) to complete daily work.
• Contribute to team problem-solving and daily office upkeep.
