Responsibilities

• Perform pheresis procedure and plasma collection with donor setup, monitoring and disconnect in SOP compliance.
• Perform venipuncture to initiate pheresis following FDA guidelines.
• Assess vein performance and adjust process to ensure donor safety and efficient collection.
• Educate donors on plasma-derived products, screening and center policies.
