Job summary

CSL is seeking a Plasma Donor Technician to perform venipuncture and oversee the pheresis process in compliance with SOPs and FDA guidelines. You will set up donors, monitor during donation, and disconnect after collection, ensuring donor safety and product quality.

The role requires evaluating vein performance, recording donor data, and maintaining a clean, compliant work environment while assisting with equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 months experience in a medical or health care environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and pheresis procedures per SOPs.
• Set up donors, monitor during donation, and disconnect after.
• Evaluate donor vein performance and adjust to optimize donation time.
• Record donor data and incidents in the electronic donor info system.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and assist with equipment maintenance.
• May be cross-trained in other areas to meet business needs.
