Job summary

AndHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Trainer to own the ongoing training and development of our pharmacy team across specialty and retail sites. You will design role-based training pathways, deliver hands-on instruction at CHC sites, and validate competency from onboarding to full proficiency.

You will develop and update training modules aligned to SOPs, payer requirements, and regulatory changes, and conduct on-site and remote sessions, including software like PioneerRx, TherigySTM, and

Qualifications

• PharmD, BS in Pharmacy, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Unrestricted pharmacist license in good standing in OH, IN, or other AndHealth states.
• Willingness to obtain multi-state licenses.
• 3+ years of pharmacy practice experience, including direct patient-facing dispensing operations.
• Experience training, precepting, or developing pharmacy staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and ongoing training for pharmacists, managers, and technicians across specialty and retail sites.
• Develop and update training modules, resources, guides, and quick-reference materials.
• Deliver on-site and remote training, including hands-on proficiency in PioneerRx, TherigySTM, and Sectyr/Bluesight.
• Assess competency, manage training calendar, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Provide launch and post-launch training support and partner with site managers on retraining as needed.
• Develop site-based trainers and program KPIs (time to proficiency, pass rates, completion).
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Accreditation, and HR to keep SOPs current with URAC/ACHC standards.
