Job summary

Hims & Hers is a leading health and wellness platform focused on accessible, personalized care. We are seeking a Pharmacist Training Lead to develop, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for pharmacists and technicians across our network.

You will lead onboarding, ensure SOP and GDP compliance, and partner with QA to address CAPA findings. Travel between sites may be required to support network training needs and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with strong training program development experience.
• Experience creating SOPs and competency assessments.
• Knowledge of GDP and regulatory requirements (FDA/USP).

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and improve clinical training programs for pharmacists and technicians.
• Lead onboarding with competency-based check-ins and progress reviews.
• Maintain presence to identify training gaps and ensure SOP compliance.
• Perform observations and audits to ensure adherence to SOPs and standards.
• Collaborate with QA to address CAPA and remediation.
• Develop and review SOPs and competency assessments.
• Own regulatory training compliance across sites.
• Support audits with training documentation and evidence.
