Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a pharmacist training lead to develop, deliver, and improve clinical training programs for pharmacists and technicians across assigned operational areas. You will lead onboarding with competency checks, observe practice, and maintain compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.

The role requires a PharmD or BPharm, active license, and 3+ years of practice plus experience in training, teaching, precepting, or clinical education.

Qualifications

• Experience developing training programs for pharmacy personnel.
• Strong understanding of FDA and USP standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and improve clinical training programs for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
• Lead onboarding including competency checks and progress reviews.
• Maintain floor presence to identify training gaps and monitor compliance.
• Audit readiness and CAPA-related training remediation with QA/Compliance.
• Coordinate SOP and competency assessment updates.
