Job summary

AndHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Trainer to oversee ongoing training for our pharmacy team across CHC and retail settings in Columbus, OH and Indianapolis, IN. You will build role‑based training pathways, deliver hands‑on instruction, and validate competency to support our expanding services.

You will lead curriculum development, ensure alignment with SOPs and payer rules, and train staff on PioneerRx, TherigySTM, and Sectyr/Bluesight while supporting launches and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• PharmD, BS in Pharmacy, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Unrestricted pharmacist license in good standing in OH, IN, or other AndHealth markets.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain licenses in multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Own training experience for all pharmacy personnel from orientation to proficiency.
• Develop and improve training modules aligned to SOPs, policies, and workflows.
• Deliver on-site and remote training, including hands-on proficiency in PioneerRx, TherigySTM, and Sectyr/Bluesight.
• Train across specialty and retail workflows, including prior authorizations, copay/financial aid, adherence, and regulatory requirements.
• Administer and document competency assessments and track completion.
