Job summary

Hims & Hers, a leading health and wellness platform, seeks a Pharmacist Training Program Lead to develop and deliver clinical training for pharmacists and technicians across multiple sites.

You will oversee onboarding, competency verification, and ongoing training while ensuring compliance with GMP and USP standards. Travel between sites is possible to support network operations. A PharmD or BPharm and active license are required.

Qualifications

• Must have PharmD or BPharm degree from an accredited institution.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing.
• 3+ years of experience as a practicing pharmacist, preferably in operations, mail-order, telehealth, or compounding environments.
• Experience in training, teaching, precepting, or clinical education in pharmacy settings.
• Strong understanding of federal and state regulations (FDA, USP).
• Experience developing training programs, SOPs, and competency assessments for pharmacy personnel.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and continuously improve clinical training programs for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
• Lead onboarding including competency checks, hands-on skill verification, and 30/60/90 day reviews.
• Maintain floor presence to identify training gaps, monitor compliance, and support staff.
• Conduct in-process observations and audit-ready spot checks for SOP and regulatory adherence.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to review CAPA and remediation.
• Develop and review SOPs and competency assessments to reflect current procedures.
• Own Pharmacy Technician Training Program compliance with state regs.
• Support regulatory inspections with training documentation and evidence of compliance.
• Monitor licensure, certifications, and continuing education across sites.
