Job summary

AndHealth LLC is seeking a Pharmacy Trainer to lead ongoing training for pharmacists, managers, and technicians across our CHC sites in Columbus, OH and Indianapolis, IN. You will design role-based pathways, validate proficiency, and drive continuous learning as services and locations expand.

The role requires hands-on instruction, curriculum development, and multi-state licensure readiness, with travel up to 75% to support staff at various sites and headquarter training in Columbus.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree and licensure in good standing.
• Experience in training pharmacy staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and ongoing training for pharmacists, managers, and technicians with milestones.
• Develop and maintain role-based training modules aligned to SOPs and workflows.
• Deliver on-site and remote training including hands-on proficiency with PioneerRx, TherigySTM, Sectyr/Bluesight.
• Train across specialty and retail pharmacy operations including prior authorizations and billing.
• Administer and document competency assessments; manage training calendar and audit-ready records.
• Support launches and retraining after errors or audit findings.
• Develop site-based trainers and ensure multi-site training capacity.
• Report training KPIs and coordinate with Ops, Compliance, Accreditation, and HR.
