Job summary

House Rx is looking for an experienced Trainer to enhance our Clinical Operations Team. This role will focus on developing training programs specifically for pharmacists and care coordinators involved in specialty pharmacy operations. You will design comprehensive curricula while ensuring effective knowledge transfer through various approaches such as e-learning and workshops. Collaboration with key stakeholders is essential to identify training needs and improve patient care experience.

An ideal candidate has over 5 years of relevant experience and excellent facilitation skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a trainer or educator in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy workflow and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
