Job summary

Lloyd Central Compounding Pharmacy seeks a Pharmacy Centralized Trainer to develop and deliver training for students, technicians, pharmacists, and other staff involved in medication management. This role drives program improvement, maintains training records, and partners with leadership to implement changes.

The position requires strong interpersonal skills, aseptic technique expertise, and the ability to operate across multiple training sites within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Five years of program or project coordination experience with evaluation responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree may substitute for two years of experience.
• Preference for candidates with area specialty relevant to the opening.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate training for pharmacy staff and other personnel.
• Develop schedules, maintain training documents, and ensure competency.
• Record training completion in various systems and monitor quality.
• Collaborate with compliance and leadership to improve training processes.
• Occasionally staff pharmacy shifts to maintain competencies.
