Job summary

AndHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Trainer to own the ongoing training and development of our pharmacy team across specialty and retail sites in Columbus, OH and Indianapolis, IN. You will design role-based training pathways, deliver hands-on instruction, and validate competency from orientation through full proficiency.

The role requires building and maintaining training content for pharmacists, managers, and technicians, delivering on-site and remote sessions, and ensuring adherence to SOPs,

Qualifications

• PharmD, BS in Pharmacy, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Unrestricted pharmacist license in good standing in OH, IN, or other states AndHealth serves.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain licenses in multiple states.
• 3+ years of pharmacy practice experience, including direct patient-facing dispensing operations preferred.
• Experience training, precepting, or developing pharmacy staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own orientation training and build skills-based pathways for pharmacists, managers, and technicians across specialty and retail sites.
• Develop and update training modules, resources, job aids, guides, and quick-reference materials aligned to SOPs and workflows.
• Conduct on-site and remote training, including hands-on proficiency training with PioneerRx, TherigySTM, and Sectyr/Bluesight.
• Assess competency, score and document validations, and maintain audit-ready records.
• Support launches and ongoing retraining after errors, near misses, or performance gaps.
