Job summary

Healthfirst in the United States is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to serve as a Pharmacy Navigator, review medication lists, and improve adherence while coordinating MTM interventions with pharmacists and external partners.

The role requires a Pharmacy Technician certification or active licensure, strong communication skills, and the ability to assist members with refills, appointments, and access to medications. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience communicating with patients and providers on medication issues
• Nationally certified or licensed Pharmacy Technician in good standing

Responsibilities

• Reviews medication lists to support adherence and reduce barriers
• Facilitates refills and new prescriptions and coordinates care
• Coordinates MTM interventions with pharmacists and partners
• Monitors member medication adherence with community pharmacies
• Conducts patient health assessments and collects medication data
• Handles member and provider communications (phone or in person)
• Performs additional duties as needed
