Job summary

Healthfirst in the United States is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to act as a Pharmacy Navigator, ensuring medication adherence and safety for members. You will review medication lists, obtain refills, set up appointments, and facilitate access to medications for patients facing financial barriers.

You will collaborate with Healthfirst pharmacists and external partners to integrate MTM plans into overall care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience communicating with patients, providers, and pharmacists on medication issues.
• Nationally certified or licensed Pharmacy Technician in good standing

Responsibilities

• Review medication lists to remove barriers and promote adherence as Pharmacy Navigator.
• Assist members with refills, new prescriptions, appointments, and access to medications.
• Coordinate MTM interventions with Healthfirst pharmacists and external partners.
