Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of pharmacy experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of pharmacy leadership, management, or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of Pharmacy Leads and clinical staff.
• Oversee workforce planning, service levels, productivity targets, and resource allocation across the Pharmacy program.
• Collaborate with client executives and external partners to support client plans and ensure high-quality member outcomes.
• Lead professional development and performance reviews; drive continuous improvement initiatives across teams.
