Job summary

Quantum Health, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Clinical Program - Pharmacy to lead the Pharmacy program under the VP of Pharmacy Services. You will guide clinical staff, shape program strategy, oversee performance, and drive outcomes for members and clients.

In this role you will manage Pharmacy Leads, collaborate with client partners and PBMs, and influence workforce planning, training, and quality initiatives to ensure high-quality pharmacy services.

Qualifications

• PharmD required.
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmacy experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of pharmacy leadership, management, or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Pharmacy program.
• Lead Pharmacy Leads and clinical staff, guiding coaching and development across teams.
• Collaborate with client partners, TPAs, PBMs, and vendor partners to support client plans and member concerns.
• Oversee workforce planning, service levels, productivity targets, and resource allocation.
• Represent the clinical program in client meetings, audits, and advocacy reviews.
• Support specialty clinical teams with triage, guidance, and issue resolution.
