Job summary

Quantum Health, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Clinical Program - Pharmacy to lead the Pharmacy program, guide Pharmacy Leads and clinical staff, and ensure high-quality member outcomes.

You will drive workforce planning, performance management, and strategic initiatives while working with client plans and external partners. The role requires strong clinical leadership, expertise in managed care, and the ability to collaborate acrossBilling, QA, and client engagement teams to deliver value.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree and active pharmacist license.
• Active licenses in good standing, with multi-state licensure where applicable.
• Experience in managed care, PBM operations, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of pharmacists, nurses, and support staff.
• Oversee workforce planning, service levels, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with plan partners, TPAs, PBMs, and vendors to support client plans.
• Lead clinical leadership during client meetings and audits.
• Develop and implement onboarding, training, and quality standards.
