Job summary

Quantum Health, Inc. in the United States seeks a Manager, Clinical Program - Pharmacy to provide strategic direction and operational oversight for the Pharmacy program.

You will lead Pharmacy Leads and clinical staff, acting as the primary escalation point for complex issues and guiding performance improvements to optimize member outcomes. You will partner with client organizations, TPAs, PBMs, and vendor partners, ensuring high-quality service, workforce planning, and effective program design

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required.
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmacy experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of pharmacy leadership, management, or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to Pharmacy Leads and staff; oversee the Pharmacy program.
• Build and maintain client relationships; collaborate with TPAs, PBMs, and vendor partners to support plans and member concerns.
• Lead clinical and operational excellence through data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.
• Oversight of workforce planning, service levels, productivity targets, and resource allocation.
• Lead succession planning and IDP processes; conduct regular performance reviews and coaching.
• Support specialty clinical teams with triage, guidance, and peer collaboration.
