Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD) required.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmacy experience.
• At least 3 years in pharmacy leadership or supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Pharmacy program.
• Lead Pharmacy Leads and staff with coaching and performance reviews.
• Oversee workforce planning and resource allocation.
• Manage client relationships and support client implementations.
• Collaborate with Clinical Quality & Accreditation and other teams.
• Act as primary clinical representative during audits and client meetings.
