Quantum Health is seeking a Manager of Clinical Program - Pharmacy to lead the Pharmacy program under the Vice President, Pharmacy Services. You will guide pharmacists, nurses, and staff, drive performance, and ensure high-quality member outcomes while engaging clients and plans.

You will oversee workforce planning, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement, coordinating with clinical leaders and ensuring program integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• PharmD degree and active license in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmacy experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in pharmacy leadership or supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and direction for the Pharmacy program.
• Lead Pharmacy Leads and clinical staff.
• Support client engagements and vendor partnerships.
• Oversee workforce planning, service levels, and productivity.
