Job summary

Quantum Health, Inc. in Nashville seeks a Manager, Clinical Program - Pharmacy to lead the Pharmacy Services program and advance member outcomes. You will provide leadership to Pharmacists, nurses, and support staff, shaping strategy and daily operations.

The role partners with clients and plan partners, delivers clinical guidance, drives workforce planning, and coaches leaders to ensure high-quality, compliant pharmacy services across the organization.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmacy experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of pharmacy leadership, management, or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pharmacy program operations and staff, including Pharmacists, nurses and support staff.
• Provide clinical consultation and support to leadership groups and client engagements.
• Oversee workforce planning, service levels, productivity targets, and resource allocation.
• Partner with clients and external plan partners to address member concerns and program success.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring high-quality, compliant pharmacy services.
