Job summary

Quantum Health, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Clinical Program - Pharmacy to provide strategic direction and operational oversight of the Pharmacy program under the VP, Pharmacy Services. You will lead Pharmacy Leads and clinical staff, drive performance, and ensure high-quality member outcomes.

You will work with clients and external partners, manage workforce planning, and promote continuous improvement across pharmacy operations. Strong leadership and clinical expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required.
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmacy experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of pharmacy leadership, management, or supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and management of pharmacists, nurses, and support staff.
• Deliver performance feedback, and coach staff for growth and success.
• Oversee workforce planning, service levels, and resource allocation within the Pharmacy program.
• Collaborate with clients, TPAs, PBMs, and vendors to support plans and address member concerns.
