Job summary

Quantum Health, Inc. seeks a Manager, Clinical Program - Pharmacy to provide leadership and strategic direction for the Pharmacy program. The role partners with the Vice President, Pharmacy Services to ensure high-quality member outcomes and effective program performance.

You will lead Pharmacy Leads and clinical staff, drive workforce planning, and coordinate with client plans and external partners to deliver outstanding member care and program success.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmacy experience.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmacy leadership, management, or supervisory experience.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing clinical professionals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for the Pharmacy program.
• Lead Pharmacy Leads and clinical staff; escalate complex issues.
• Oversee workforce planning, service levels, and performance metrics.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with TPAs, PBMs, and vendor partners.
• Support client implementations and advisory during audits and reviews.
