Quantum Health, a healthcare navigation leader in the United States, seeks a Manager, Clinical Program - Pharmacy to lead pharmacists, nurses, and staff while guiding the Pharmacy program strategy and operations. You’ll partner with senior leadership to deliver high-quality member outcomes.

You will oversee workforce planning, performance coaching, and continuous improvement, ensuring strong client relationships and effective escalation management within a complex clinical environment.

Competenze

• PharmD with active license to practice in the US.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmacy experience and 3 years in leadership.
• Strong expertise in managed care, PBMs, and utilization management.

Mansioni

• Provide people leadership for pharmacists, nurses and staff.
• Drive program performance and client engagement for Pharmacy.
