You will manage Pharmacy Leads, oversee workforce planning, and partner with Quality, Training, and Clinical teams to ensure high-quality member outcomes. Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required and licensed.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmacy experience.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmacy leadership or supervisory experience.
• Preferred 3–5 years managing a pharmacy team.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of Pharmacy Leads and staff.
• Oversee workforce planning and service levels within the Pharmacy program.
• Lead succession planning and Individual Development Plan processes.
• Ensure high-quality member outcomes and client satisfaction.
