Qualificações

• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques.
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacist License in required states.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to analyze data and problem-solve.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee safety, quality and customer experience of site operations.
• Manage daily site operations and CPT times for same day deliveries.
• Evaluate medication orders for safety and appropriateness; advise prescribers as needed.
• Set expectations for staff; monitor performance and provide feedback.
