Job summary

Amazon Pharmacy is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to serve as Pharmacy Manager, overseeing a small-format site’s operations, safety, and compliance. You will lead a team of technicians and pharmacists, ensuring timely fulfillment, high patient safety standards, and a strong customer experience.

You will manage workflows, ensure adherence to laws and licensing, and drive continuous improvement while partnering with legal and accreditation bodies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or PharmD/Pharmacy degree required.
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacist License in all states requiring Non-resident PIC.
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, performance and customer experience of site operations.
• Manage daily operations and CPT times for same-day deliveries.
• Evaluate medication orders and advise on therapy changes to prescribers.
