Job summary

Amazon Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Manager in Georgia to lead a small team of technicians and pharmacists at a single site. You will supervise dispensing operations, verify orders, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards to deliver fast, accurate prescription fulfillment.

You will drive performance metrics, coach staff, and partner with leadership to grow the site while maintaining patient safety and a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in all states requiring Non-resident PIC.
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Active/Good Standing Pharmacist license in domicile state.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, performance and customer experience of site operations.
• Manage daily site operations and meet same-day delivery promises.
• Review medication orders for appropriateness and advise on therapy changes as needed.
• Set expectations for staff, measure performance and provide feedback.
• Lead policies adherence, quality initiatives and Lean process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with laws and accrediting bodies (BOP, NABP, URAC, DEA, FDA, USP).
