Job summary

Amazon Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to oversee a small-format pharmacy site, leading a team of technicians and pharmacists. You will manage safety, quality, customer experience, budget, and operations while ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.

The role involves hands-on dispensing, verification, and order fulfillment, with a focus on patient safety and world-class service. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with opportunities for growth and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
• Active pharmacist license in required states.
• Experience with metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/nights/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, and customer experience of site operations.
• Manage daily site operations and CPT times for same-day deliveries.
• Review physician orders for drug, dosage and interactions; propose changes to prescriber.
