Amazon Pharmacy seeks a Pharmacy Manager who is a licensed Pharmacist to oversee operations, safety, quality, and customer experience at a small-format site. You will lead a team of technicians and pharmacists, coaching staff to meet performance objectives while maintaining patient safety and high service standards.

The role involves hands-on dispensing, end-to-end prescription fulfillment, and compliance with state and federal laws.

Formación

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in all states requiring Non-resident PIC
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Active/Good Standing Pharmacist license in domicile state
• Extensive knowledge of state and federal laws, rules, and regulations surrounding pharmacy practices and patient safety
• Strong in oral and written communication with ability to analyze and prioritize
• 1 year Staff Pharmacist experience within Amazon Pharmacy (if currently an Amazon employee)

Responsabilidades

• Oversee safety, quality, performance and customer experience of operations
• Manage daily site operations and meet same-day delivery promises
• Evaluate medication orders for appropriateness and suggest therapy changes
• Set expectations for employees and monitor performance
• Educate staff on policies, guidelines and quality practices
• Drive Lean initiatives and process improvements to meet operating plan
• Lead and delegate using the leadership team
• Adhere to local, state, and federal pharmacy laws and accrediting bodies
• Support workforce planning and development through talent management
• Maintain patient profiles in PharmacyOS/Lite data systems
• Act as Pharmacist In Charge (PIC)
• Other duties as assigned
