Amazon Pharmacy seeks a licensed Pharmacist to serve as Pharmacy Manager at a small-format site. You will oversee safety, quality, customer experience, and operations, lead a team of technicians and pharmacists, and ensure timely dispensing and compliance.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on patient safety, regulatory adherence, and continuous improvement through Lean initiatives, with a schedule Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Science or PharmD or Doctor of Pharmacy required.
• Active/Good Standing Pharmacist license in domicile state.
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; ability to manage details.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee safety, quality, and customer experience of site operations.
• Manage daily operations; meet CPT times for same-day deliveries.
• Evaluate medication orders for appropriateness and safety; advise prescribers as needed.
• Set expectations for staff; measure performance and provide feedback.
• Lead Lean and quality initiatives to improve service and reduce costs.
• Coordinate licensure with state boards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop talent; coach and mentor team to strengthen leadership bench.
