Amazon Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Manager in Richardson, TX. You will lead a small team of pharmacists and technicians, supervise dispensing, and ensure safe, compliant prescription fulfillment from start to finish.

You will drive patient safety, quality, and a superior customer experience while managing operations, staffing, and regulatory requirements. The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and collaboration with a Sr Pharmacy Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in required states
• Experience with performance metrics and Lean techniques
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Flexible schedule including weekends/nights/holidays

Responsabilités

• Oversee safety, quality and customer experience of site operations
• Meet CPT times for same-day deliveries in coordination with nearby facilities
• Review physician orders for drug, dosage and interactions; suggest changes to prescriber
• Set expectations for staff; track performance and provide feedback
• Educate staff on policies and guidelines to ensure quality
• Lead Lean initiatives to improve processes and reduce costs
• Manage workflow and delegate tasks across leadership team
• Ensure compliance with state/federal pharmacy laws and licensure
• Coordinate with legal to maintain licensure across boards
• Align with accrediting bodies (BOP, VIPPS, URAC, DEA, FDA, USP)
• Develop talent and succession planning across the site
