Healthfirst is seeking a Pharmacy Technician MTM Navigator to review medication lists, ensure adherence, and facilitate access to medications. You will work with pharmacists and external partners to coordinate MTM interventions and monitor adherence with community pharmacies, while supporting patients’ needs and communication with healthcare providers.

Applicants should hold a high school diploma or GED and national certification or state licensure.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Experience communicating clearly with patients, providers, and pharmacists.
• National certification or state licensure as Pharmacy Technician in good standing.

Responsabilités

• Review medication lists to remove barriers and support adherence as Pharmacy Navigator.
• Help members access medications through refills, new prescriptions, and appointments; assist with financial barriers.
• Coordinate MTM interventions with Healthfirst Pharmacists and external partners.
• Monitor member medication adherence with community pharmacies.
