HealthFirst is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to review medication lists, support adherence, and coordinate access to medications for members. The role involves collaborating with pharmacists and external partners, performing patient health assessments, and communicating with providers and pharmacies both by phone and in person when required.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and be nationally certified or licensed as a Pharmacy Technician.

Responsabilidades

• Review medication lists to improve adherence and reduce barriers to therapy.
• Assist members with refills, new prescriptions, appointments, and financial access to meds.
• Coordinate MTM interventions with pharmacists and partners.
• Monitor member adherence and communicate with community pharmacies.
• Conduct patient health assessments to identify barriers to adherence.
• Handle member and provider communications telephonically or in person when needed.
