Amazon Pharmacy in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Pharmacy Manager who will oversee operations, safety, quality and customer experience at a small-format site. You will lead a team of technicians and pharmacists, ensuring accurate dispensing and timely fulfillment while upholding patient safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a licensed Pharmacist, experience with lean initiatives, and the ability to manage performance, coaching, and talent development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) with license
• Active pharmacist license in all required states
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, holidays
• 1+ years of Staff Pharmacist within Amazon experience
• Active license in domicile state and good standing
• Knowledge of state & federal pharmacy laws and patient safety
• Strong communication and data analysis skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality and customer experience of operations
• Manage daily site operations and CPT times with co-located facilities
• Evaluate physician medication orders and advise prescribers on therapy changes
• Set expectations, measure performance and coach team
• Educate staff on policies and guidelines; drive Lean initiatives
