Amazon Pharmacy in Brisbane, CA seeks a Pharmacy Manager to oversee site operations, safety, quality and customer experience. You will lead a small team of pharmacists and technicians, handle dispensing processes end-to-end, and ensure compliance with licensing and regulations.

The role emphasizes people development, Lean initiatives, and partnership with legal and compliance teams to maintain licensure and uphold high patient-safety standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in required states.
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights or holidays.
• 1+ years as Pharmacist in Charge or Staff Pharmacist; Amazon exposure.
• Active license in domicile state; strong knowledge of pharmacy laws.
• Excellent written and oral communication; data analysis ability.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee safety, quality, and customer experience of site operations.
• Manage daily operations to meet same-day CPT times with partners.
• Evaluate medication orders for appropriateness and therapy changes.
• Set expectations, measure performance, and provide feedback.
• Educate staff on policies and quality standards.
• Lead Lean initiatives and process improvements to exceed plan.
• Coordinate with legal to maintain licensure and compliance.
• Develop talent and lead a diverse workforce across the site.
