Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations and drive accuracy through standardized processes and analytics.

You will build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and partner with Pharmacy Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Data, Product, and Engineering to strengthen controls. A leadership role with emphasis on training and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in SCM/BA/Operations.
• Experience with WMS, preferably Tecsys.
• Experience leading inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, including counts and investigations.
• Analyze inventory data to reduce write-offs, aging, and shrink.
• Develop SOPs for receiving, put-away, movement, dispensing, returns, and disposition.
