Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead pharmacy operations inventory programs and drive data‑driven improvements. You will manage cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations, build controls, and partner with multiple teams to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and patient safety.

You will analyze data, develop SOPs, dashboards, and reporting to monitor days on hand, turns, expirations, and risk trends, while supporting DSCSA traceability and audits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience with WMS, preferably Tecsys.
• Experience managing inventory within pharmacy operations, supply chain, warehousing, or related environments.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
• Experience with SQL, Looker, NetSuite or Power BI.
• Experience creating inventory reports, dashboards, or performance metrics.
• Experience developing and implementing SOPs and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, including physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
• Analyze inventory data to identify root causes and reduce adjustments, write-offs, expired products, excess inventory, and shrink.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, put-away, inventory movement, dispensing, returns, transfers, quarantine, and disposition.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, days on hand, inventory turns, expirations, and other key performance indicators.
• Build dashboards and reports that highlight inventory risks, trends, and exceptions.
• Support DSCSA requirements, including product traceability, transaction documentation, product verification, record retention, and suspect‑product investigations.
• Partner with Pharmacy Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Data, Product, and Engineering to strengthen inventory controls.
• Develop standard operating procedures and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve inventory systems and automate manual controls and reporting.
• Lead and train inventory team members while establishing clear performance measures.
• Support audits, new pharmacy locations, system implementations, and operational expansions.
