Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory programs across pharmacy operations, driving accuracy and compliance to protect patient safety. You will investigate discrepancies, build controls, and turn data into actionable improvements.

Responsibilities include standardizing processes, monitoring KPIs, and partnering with cross‑functional teams to optimize inventory, support DSCSA compliance, and enhance reporting and dashboards for visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in SCM, business, operations management, or related field.
• Experience with WMS; Tecsys preferred.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations.
• Root-cause analysis using inventory data and process docs.
• Knowledge of cycle-counts, aging, loss prevention.
• Experience with ERP/Inventory systems like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot, lookup, formulas) and data analysis.
• Experience with SQL, Looker, NetSuite or Power BI.
• Experience creating inventory reports, dashboards, or metrics.
• Experience developing SOPs and inventory controls.
• Experience training staff on inventory systems and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations (physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations).
• Analyze data to identify root causes and reduce adjustments, write-offs, and shrink.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, put-away, movement, dispensing, returns, transfers, and disposition.
• Monitor accuracy, days on hand, inventory turns, expirations, and KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting risks, trends, and exceptions.
• Support DSCSA requirements: traceability, documentation, verification, and investigations.
• Partner with Pharmacy Ops, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Data, Product, and Eng to strengthen controls.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve systems and automate controls and reporting.
• Lead and train inventory team with clear performance metrics.
• Support audits, new sites, system implementations, and expansions.
