Fuze Health is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead pharmacy inventory controls, drive data‑driven improvements and partner across procurement, supply chain, finance and compliance. The role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory alignment and scalable SOPs.

You will manage physical inventories, cycles counts and discrepancy investigations while building dashboards to monitor risk. A related bachelor’s degree and strong WMS/Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience with WMS and Tecsys preferred.
• Leadership of physical inventories, cycle counts and discrepancy investigations.
• Strong root‑cause analysis using transactions and data.
• Proficient with Excel and data analysis; SQL/BI tools a plus.
• Experience training staff and implementing SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and reduce shrink and write-offs.
• Establish receiving, put-away, movement, dispensing, returns and disposition processes.
• Monitor days on hand, turns, expirations, and KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reports on inventory risks and trends.
• Support DSCSA requirements and cross‑functional collaboration.
