Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations and support the unified FuzeRx brand. You will analyze inventory data, investigate discrepancies, and implement standardized processes to improve accuracy and reduce losses.

You will collaborate with Pharmacy Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Data, Product, and Engineering while building dashboards and SOPs for inventory management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with WMS, Tecsys preferred.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis.
• Experience with SQL, Looker, NetSuite or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, including inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
• Analyze inventory data to identify root causes and reduce adjustments, write-offs, expirations, excess inventory and shrink.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, put-away, inventory movement, dispensing, returns, transfers, quarantine and disposition.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, days on hand, turns, expirations, and other KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting inventory risks, trends, and exceptions.
• Support DSCSA requirements including product traceability and record retention.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen inventory controls.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
