Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead pharmacy inventory programs and translate data into practical improvements. You will oversee physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on standardizing processes, monitoring KPIs, building dashboards, supporting DSCSA, and partnering with cross-functional teams to strengthen controls and drive cost efficiency across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Strong experience with WMS, preferably Tecsys.
• Experience managing inventory within pharmacy operations or related environment.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
• Proficient in Excel with pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis.
• Experience with SQL, Looker, NetSuite or Power BI.
• Experience creating inventory reports, dashboards, or performance metrics.
• Experience developing and implementing SOPs and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, including inventories and reconciliations.
• Analyze inventory data to identify root causes and reduce adjustments, shrink, and waste.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, put-away, movement, dispensing, returns, transfers, quarantine, and disposition.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, days on hand, turns, expirations, and KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting inventory risks and trends.
• Support DSCSA requirements, including traceability and documentation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen inventory controls.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve inventory systems and automate controls and reporting.
• Lead and train inventory team members and measure performance.
• Support audits, new pharmacy locations, system implementations, and expansions.
