Fuze Health is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead pharmacy inventory programs, improve accuracy, and build standardized processes. You will partner across Pharmacy Operations, Procurement, and Finance to strengthen controls and drive data-driven improvements.

The role emphasizes audits, training, and scalable IPC practices. Responsibilities include dashboards, cycle counts, and reconciliations, with travel to multiple locations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience managing inventory in healthcare or pharma settings.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem solving.
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, and BI tools for dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations.
• Analyze inventory data to reduce adjustments and shrink.
• Establish processes for receiving, put-away, movement, and disposition.
• Monitor days on hand, turns, expirations and KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting risks and trends.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to strengthen controls.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve systems and automate controls and reporting.
• Lead and train inventory team members with clear metrics.
• Support audits, new locations, and system implementations.
