Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead the inventory control programs across pharmacy operations. You will turn data into practical process improvements, investigate discrepancies, and strengthen controls to support financial and patient-safety goals.

You will build dashboards, collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT, and develop SOPs for intake, movement, and disposition while guiding a team and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain or operations.
• Experience managing inventory within pharmacy or healthcare environments.
• Ability to lead physical inventories, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations and cycle counts.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and reduce write-offs and shrink.
• Establish standard processes for receiving, movement, dispensing, and disposition.
• Monitor KPIs like days on hand and inventory turns.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting risks and trends.
• Partner across teams to strengthen controls and ensure compliance.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve systems and automate reporting.
• Lead and train inventory staff with clear performance measures.
• Support audits and system implementations.
