Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory programs, drive accuracy, and support regulatory compliance across pharmacy operations. You will turn data into practical process improvements and train teams on inventory controls.

You will build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient, compliant inventory management and timely audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related work experience in supply chain/operations.
• Experience with pharmacy/inventory controls and regulatory needs.
• Proven ability to analyze inventory data and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy ops and cycle counts.
• Analyze data to reduce adjustments, write-offs and shrink.
• Develop SOPs for receiving, put-away, movement and dispensing.
• Build dashboards to highlight risks and trends.
• Support DSCSA requirements and audits.
